I never new that there really was such a thing as a blue moon. Apparently the next one is due July 2004 so all of those things that you only do once in a blue moon, get ready to do them because the time is drawing near.
I'd better prepare my teenage son for the bath that he's gonna get then.
The last one was in november 2001

What a lovely singing voice you have. Has anyone signed you yet?

Anyway, this is interesting. I was always told in school that a blue moon wasn't possible. God, I love to see established facts proven wrong!

I was prompted to check out some moon facts because my son was given for christmas, a world globe and also a globe of the moon , something that I've never seen before and on it there are names printed for some of the larger craters.
Then I found this site that lists names of all of the craters on the moon.
Check it out and see if any of you share names with a crater there.

planetarynames.wr.usgs.gov...

my name is actually Mrs Moon so I share a name with the whole thing

We should do a halloween album, then! We could call it "ATS- A Terrible Sound".

My name isn't on that link, but that's okay. My German ancestors had their hands full with other things (namely, my Polish ancestors, but that's a different link).

But with the blue moon in July 2004... (I haven't checked yet)... if it's on the 2nd, it'd be cool (full moon); but more than likely it'll be on the 17th (new).

we could do a cover of will smiths "men in black " for the album and "ghostbusters" and what about the carpenters "calling occupants of interplanetary craft"

Now that we've hit July, here's just a little reminder that this month there will be a blue moon.
Not literally blue but just a fairly rare occurrence where there are two full moons within one month.
the first one is tomorrow night (2nd july) and the second( the blue one ) is on July 31st.
So be prepared to do all of those things that only get done once in a blue moon.
