I don't know... am I being ELF'ed?

Generally I didn't reply in awhile 'cuz I was "Under the Influence" from Alky but anyways I still do hear it when I'm sober. Weird part is I can't hear when I plug my ears and try to focus on it. But lately, I presume from lack of sleep, I have been seeing visuals that normally don't plague me unless I'm in a deep state of desparity. This ringing doesn't go away NO matter what and since I ain't got medical insurance I battle with it on my own although I DO suffer from brief five second anxiety attacks from just being angry at myself for this. I have HAD weird dreams that never made sense 'til after I researched more into conspiracy theorys. I DO have one dream that I can't explain where it came from until after a few months of research. If at least one cat is down to hear it I'm willing.

Does anyone else get the"white noise" sound in a completely dark and quiet room(like when tryin to sleep)....to be more specific , kinda like a constant low ring......
