This was really a tough one to keep from laughing because the Tech was absolutely WONDERFUL! Not only was she very PROFESSIONAL but she had a splendid sense of humor even in weird circumstances. I could have tried this with a dozen other folks and would have NEVER come close to the magic that I had with her.

Very funny, thanks Dave. I'm at work and needed a good laugh today.

.... yeah, unfortunately.... my wife has THREE POODLES. Zsa Zsa (Gabor), Bridgett (Bardot) and Boscoe. Boscoe is the little male that we inherited from my Grandson when his Dad and Mom split and they couldn't have a dog in their apartment. And even though we had him Neutered... he still HUMPS everything that moves.... CATS, PEOPLE, STUFFED ANIMALS..... thus the IDEA! Sheesh!

To my DEFENSE, "I" have a Lab, a Doberman and a Blue Heeler.

I thought about, originally, making the dog with the erection be my Doberman as it sounded more studley..... but I think it really played better being a Poodle !

I thought it was kinda funny, but this is what I would of done in high school, how old are you Rabbit? Not trying to put you down, but you must be pretty bored to do this?
I remember laughing my as* off when we use to do things like this it is so funny, that people don't know or understand.
I think it would of been funnier if you coped to the gig with them on the phone just to hear their reaction, now that would of been funny.
Why don't you call them back and keep talking about it, say to them, that your dog got a hold of your cat and they did it and what would result from it or like you took the cat to the vet now and now the cat is prego.

My Mom is 83.... I thought I was going to have to get the paddles and yell CLEAR!

PHARAOH1133 ...... 58. Bored... not in my lifetime my friend. Not tooting my own horn, but with over 2 million fans that subscribe to my material through Pod-O-Matic, iTunes, Digital Podcast, Podcast Pickle... just to name a few, obviously they have the same warped sense of humor that I do! In High School, I was a class clown. My motto was "Sex & Booze Until I Die". Of course, that changed over the years when kiddos and grandkids came along..... but I have a great time just coming up with things that seem obvious to me that no one has done before or asked about. Ask Springer on a U2U sometime about our private conversations...... they are along the same lines as the Amigos interview and the old Springer Sprung shows (here on ATS). I guess the bottom line on this one.... is I enjoy life and having fun. Life is TOO BORING to sit on my butt and not make the most of every minute. In 36 years, one thing I have learned about humor... is to entertain yourself. If others enjoy it, that's a BONUS! Hope that answers your question.

As for coping to the gig.... it was MY VET so they knew all about it when I took "The Poodle" in question the next day. I also gave them copies of it which they have all had a ball with, including the "victim".

This funny thing you do? In other words do you have plans to do more of this kind of stuff? Or is this like just a one time thing? I know you said life is too short and it all about having fun, which I agree, I just want to know it your accepting ideas for your next gig?
I got a few that had us rolling on the ground for months, back in the day, some where kind of "R+" rated, but it was so funny. The way people just go on and on talking without have any idea is so funny.
Let me know if you want to hear some of the stuff we use to do.
