SLR Camera Purchase Advice

Hello to all.

I think this is in the right section, well anyway.

I am looking to buy a new SLR camera, film only not digital. I have around 200 uk pounds to spend which is about 390 US dollars.

I need some advice on which camera i should get, it needs to be manual focus, able to take pictures in bright and low light. Slow and high speed objects, basically a good all round camera.

Any advice from people who know about this would be great, if you need to ask me about any other features i need please ask away. Thanks.

For £200 you can get an all singing all dancing camera if you are going with film.
As regards which camera to get and the functions on it, what are you mainly going to take pics of?
Also if you don't mind me asking, why are you going with film and not digital.
