Moving ‘Bug’ Or ‘Duck’??

Here’s something pretty perplexing. This is an image made out of 3 consecutive images taken by Opportunity's panoramic camera on Sol 324. It appears to be a moving bug of some sort. Or a duck in motion!!

Darn!! I will need to install Quick Time and the plug-ins to view this! Why the devil can't these guys do it on Windows Media Player? Is there any way I can view it in the latter format?

Hmmm not sure I haven't been able to download that one yet but I think its actually a flash video (.flv) like google and youtube I will let you know when I get it Those I can get with Firefox and you can view with a free .flv viewer

Okay it is a .mov BUT you can use the latest version of Real Player free version and have it view Quicktime videos. You will have to download the video first though

Anyway, as for the images.. can we get someone to post one of the originals for me to gander at? There's a bunch on sol 324... takes me forever to go through them. I'd do it, but I'm currently in the middle of a political research project. I thank anyone that takes the time to do this for me.

The Hive is never lazy. There's just so much to do that we have no units that we can spare to go and do this task. It's a passing interest to us. We seek to know what you humans think is really going on out there.

As for our political actions; we're just researching for some interested parties, mostly our own curiosity. We've never encountered such a self-centered civilization on our travels. And just to clarify, the Borg are not self-centered; we are in fact selfless, as we have no individuality. We do only what's in the best interests of the Hive as a whole.

Check out the old guy in the pic here. See him peering over at you ? It's a full bearded head. beard is light tan. . looks like he's wearing a lopsided crown that is emitting something into the atmosphere, or along the ground.
