Hello,

I believe it's time to expose these communities that have sucked out a lot of money from familys and teenagers. They get away with selling pixel merchandise and withdrawing real attention in the world. I am a former victim of this sad but true business. For 6 years my family and myself have become addicted to "Habbo Hotel" a virtual reality chat environment. At first once you begin entering a virtual reality like this, you start off with nothing and the deceitful "FREE" membership invitation. Than as you grow into this environment you want more out of it, like owning special "Habbo Club Membership" that offers exclusive pixel clothes, hair styles and rare furniture. Once you've begun the gamble (yes there is gambling in these virtual worlds), it's begun a feast for becoming rich and powerful.

Once you've become rich and powerful, you don't know what to do with all that you have falsely owned. Than you start wishing you had spent your money on better things; more of importance. The trouble is, there really is nothing coming out of it, you can be stuck in these realitys for a long time and continue hauling in transactions. Doing so is because, of the "virtual" clubs and rooms you can populate with people around the world. If you don't keep it up, your room will be amung the many dorment.

You can't own pixels, but you can sure as hell buy them.

EDIT:

My former account name when first started in .co.uk was: Ayreon
My former account names when HABBO CANADA released was: Ace, Yoda, Frodo, and Emperor

Here is examples of fallen victims in this virtual reality:

Ok, I get it. Only UFOs and big conspiracys really matter. Really matter for "disinformation". Your all agents of the matrix, I guess I've finally found that out on my own. You wan't to know why your agents? Cause this is a matter of a really big scam that sucks out hundreds of thousands of familys money out of there pocket for pixel merchandise. Obviously it doesnt matter, obviously it is not important to you cause you just want to be self-centered and not help other people who are stuck in even deeper false realities. Shows your true image. AND IT DOES MATTER BECAUSE THE CRAPPY MONEY HELPS KEEPS US ALIVE, ITS SUPPOSE TO KEEP THESE PEOPLE ALIVE BY BUYING THINGS THAT MATTER NOT PIXELS, BUT THERE USING IT ON PIXELS. Anytime soon, some moderator is going to delete this threead because it turned into so-called "SPAM". Well for your information this "SPAM" matters most. It is introducing "GAMBLING" for teenagers who arent old enough for "gambling". They can gamble in these games!! THEY CAN. But no, they can get away with the law and gamble, therefore they use up there money on things that dont matter. Seriously, I know this. My family who are addicting to this bloody "entertainment" game is still ON IT for SIX YEARS. Thats THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF SPENDING DOWN THE DRAIN on false ownership. You can't buy pixels, and like i said, you can sure as hell BUY THEM. OH I guess this ties in with CASINOS??????? YES IT DOES. Isnt it against the law for MINORS TO BE GAMBLING????????? Well. Sickening.

These are poor, innocent children playing an online environment that sucks them of your wallet.

I'm not even going to bother returning to this thread because of the prepostrous example people have given into.

Why should this be of any concern to us?

Your whole concern with this boils down to personal responsibility. The people using the services made the decision to do so themselves.

If minors are spending to much money on it, or gambling on it, then it is their parents responsibility to do something about it, not complete strangers.

Your rant is a prime example of what is wrong with the world today. Instead of taking personal responsibility for the actions of yourself and your family, you want people you don't even know to get into an uproar about it, and possibly have such sites shut down.

If it is truly that big of a deal in your house, block the site(s) so that your family members can't get to it. Install net nanny and use a unique password. Problem solved.

Actually problem NOT solved. You are a sheer example of ignorance. I am no longer addicted to this scum chat environment. You obviously, don't give a damn about mentorship either. If these parents we're smart enough to do something like that, it would be problem solved. But the truth is, these parents don't give a damn because, then there lured in. Also, you are completely missing the picture. ITS FALSE OWNERSHIP. These sites phsyce people out by getting them to buy pixels n' bits. That will add up to thousands of dollars, years of transactions. Until finally they get bored of it and realize what a hole there in. GET IT? I guess not. ITS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. AS A SCAM. A scam is illigal. Oh? Going to bring the lawbook infront of me to legitimize whats right and wrong? Than its unlawful. Sites like this should be shut down. Or atleast have BOUNDARIES! BTW, I am not a parent, I'm seventeen. Let's see here:
