Anyone know how to make a screen snapshot?

hi, i would like to make a snapshot of a webpage but am not sure how to do it. Does anyone know how i can go about doing so? There is a video that i posted but i only want to take one image out of the video, so people dont have to watch the whole video to see it. I have a PC btw.

1) Go to the page you want the shot of.

2) Push the " Print Screen" button (above number pad)

3) Open a paint program and click Edit - Paste

4) Save and upload to a photo site.

I use a software program called ScreenPrint32 that I got from CNET.

It's free, and it's at this link:
www.download.com...

I have it set to capture an area I designate and save it as a jpg in My Documents folder.
