Nasa history page... from 2009 O_o

Don't know what to make of this... stumbled on it by accident while searching for something else.

My first take is that it was automaticly generated by my date search, but then I saw it was made in 2006. Why make such a insignificant page about nasa history in 2009...? Why make it at all?

Anyways, just thought it was funny, probably means nothing
