Unknown Object in Formation with KC-767 and F-15

I don't know if this has been discussed here before but I thought I would post it anyway. I'm sure this is just an anomaly in the image or perhaps a blurred aircraft but I don't know for sure. The pixilation around the object looks normal to me, but again, maybe someone here that is more knowledgeable about image analysis can perform a more rigorous analysis.

Well, just by blowing it up, like so:



We can see that there's not much to see at all. This also seems like another one of those 'We didn't see it until we developed it' type UFOs as you're only coming to us with one picture. With those things in mind it could be just about anything. But sure, it's a UFO, as in the definition, an object that has not been identified after investigation. Nothing more can be said really.
