Thanks, I was going to put to not do that as well, but generally I can't think how I would manage to put something on here that would be instant ban.

Congrats to all y'all that have been "promoted" to Moderators.

I've witnessed/observed most of you in different threads and topics and know why the Administration "tapped" all of you to be Mod's.

From what I've seen of each of you, you all are very "eloquent/polite" in your responses to posts while still making abusive/rude/confrontational posters know exactly what they where doing that was either being too rude to other members or why they were not abiding by the T&C of ATS.

And the best thing of all, I don't think I've ever pissed any of y'all off before either!

I dont mean to stick my nose where it doesnt belong, but how does one become a mod? Is it just a nomination by the 3 amigos? I suppose it would be, that makes sense.

But if a newbie like me ever did show an interest how would one go about it??

If it did, we wouldn't have any staff at all.

We've all had our run ins. It's impossible for everyone to get along all of the time. It's how you have the run ins that matters!

Becoming a staff member is something that's taken very seriously. Yes, it's by invitation only, but the reason for that is because the owners of the site want to know for sure that the people they invite to become staff have solid backgrounds of following the T&C and being good contributors.
