UFO Tallahassee (Updated)

First off, welcome and thank you for joining us, John. I hope you'll stay now that we've found what seems to be at least 2 very similar (yours and TallyUFOs) videos shot on different continents.

Have you watched the Tallahassee UFO video(s) on Google Video yet? If so, give us some impressions and/or initial thoughts about this.

Oh, and I'm sure this'll be asked sooner or later, but do you think you could provide us with a higher resolution video of this UFO?

I will try and get better quality video uploaded, it looks better watching it before upload i will try and work somthing out.

Yea! I wish I was important enough to give you points or some other such digital kudos, Drexon, you're an asset to this board and to the site in general! First you got the conspicuously absent Tally to join the site and now the guy that shot another amazing video.

Welcome John, I'd also love your impressions on Tallahassee's video. It's long, but well worth watching full through- especially for you seeing as how similar your videos are.

That way we don't lose Any quality in a 'post yer video here' site like YouTube or Google Video. Thanks for the kind words, angst18, but I also got the raw footage for the 'Chile UFO' and now I've managed to get a hold of one of the guys behind the multiple french videos, with a lot of work. /brag

Thank you for the welcome,about the Tallahassee's video it is unusual to film a ufobject for so long,most are filmed under 1min or even just secs and with a object around for so long could there be other footage or pictures from other Sources.
I do like how it moves off when the helicopter comes near it is WOW footage and both UFObjects are very alike.

So in your opinion, did this thing "go behind a cloud" or actually just go invisible? I mean, if we have one person in Tallahassee saying it was transparent, and one person in England saying (and videoing) a very similar object went invisible, isn't it a very logical assumption that whatever that was, has invisibility cloaking?

Oh, and can someone please update the thread title? We need to call attention to this.

Hi, Tally, and John, I have a question for both of you. In both videos there appears to be some distortion emanating from the underside of the UFO. Was this more or less visible with the naked eye?

I've always wondered how one individual can have so many ufo sightings -I've only ever had 1 and I'm seething with jealousy! Are you one of these people who can sense them or vector them in, or do you just live in a hotspot?

Man am I glad to see this thread rise from the ashes! Tally's video was amazing... and this new corroborating footage is just as interesting. So many parallels.

Anyways, to those of you that are new to the thread - Welcome! I highly suggest that you re-read the entire thread (its long, I know). There was some really great discussion amongst members and Tally about the original video that you should brush up on.

Again, great to see this thread alive again! Now if we could just find TallyUFO...

In my opinion, it got in to thin cloud cover, then just went invisible it just disappeared or shot off at Speed, but would go along with logical assumption that whatever that was, has invisibility cloaking.
I think this is the case for alot of ufo sightings around the world people report seeing a ufobject then its gone.

Yes the DVD, was made by a friend and myself to let people know about what what is going on over hear in Edinburgh Midlothian and Scotland.
I have seen UFOs all my life, and found that alot people who i told them about what i had seen would just think i was another ufo nutter.
So i got myself a cam and in 1999 i started to film these UFobjects, from my area in midlothian, and started to go to other areas where there are reports of ufos, i do get a sense there are going be ufos around i call andrew and we talk i say to him i am geting a strong feeling of déjà vu then i filming the Ufos,but would think Scotland is a ufo hotspot.

We can see some of the so called 'cloaking' similarities in this video footage, though this is a night time shot...

Sorry, having checked I realise I was getting you confused with Anthony Woods (I know his name is nothing like yours!!)- he made the dvd titled The Journey and released it through UFO Magazine. He also had an ability to film lots of ufos and claimed to sense their arrival, too.

I do not know if I can reproduce that effect, but it looks like a camera created effect, like if the camera is trying to focus something in a wrong way and creates that blur effect.

That is why the objects look transparent when zoomed in and solid when zoomed out, because the zooming is not working as it should with the focusing.

PS: I do not have any idea of what that could be.

Yes, I did watch the entire video and I agree with the maker that Venus is quite often mistaken for a ufo.

But can you not see the similarities between out of focus Venus and the objects in the other videos?

I'm not saying they are Venus, but I'm sure that their shape is just a focussing issue and not a 'cloaking' effect some people claim.
