Its like i know i have had an important encounter with them but somethings removed my memory of it. i had a talk with somebody an hour ago and we suspect maybe angels are beings of light that come from another dimension and demons are beings of darkness and that at a certain age when people are more perceptive to it these beings of light contact alot of people and try to help them see the bigger picture and that the beings of darkness tamper with those memories in order to keep us ignorant and easily controlled.

now im not a religious man but im willing to believe that their are other dimensions and other life forms so i wouldnt be surprised to find out beings of light and beings of dark exist. maybe we exist somewhere in the middle.....

ive thought about it long and hard and i remember only a few small details about the memory i seem to have lost and thats that the source of light seemed to be a large sphere of light and these small frail looking beings seemed to be coming out of it. it was so bright it should have blinded me but it didnt it was light but it was.... different.

thats as far as i can remember so i cant tell you a thing about the beings aside from the fact they were as small and skinny as 'grays' seem to be according to witnesses but their heads werent as large. the light was simply too bright to see anything but their shape. and they definitely werent aliens i dont know how but i know for sure they werent

But do you remember any encounter with the darkness? Do you believe they have distorted your memory of the light beings w/o your knowledge?
You say you remember "branchless trees", could they actually have been doorways then? Where do you think the dark beings enter our world?

All i know is i have this instinct this feeling that they were involved somehow. made even harder by the fact they seem to be the hardest occult phenomena to get solid facts on. also a few of my friends and family had encounters with these beings around the same time. none of them will even talk about it they all have this irrational fear exept for my uncle who described waking up being held down by one (he said it was like this great weight on his entire body and he couldnt even move a muscle) and having this great feeling of coldness and something being drained out of him

didn't have experiences like that and i really don't have a clue what or who those beings could be.

but,in general i suggest you take a different aproach on this whole matter; put aside what those shadows could be and concentrate on yourself. those shadows are not some random aparitions, they were there to give you a message. figure out what that message means by analysing everything regarding the event, especially the date. try to find out what happened on that date in the past and after the event (regarding you and the ones close to you).

What your uncle experienced sounds very much like sleep paralysis. I'm not saying it was, but just a thought. Here is a short description. Check out the page on hypnagogic hallucinations. It's quite interesting.

I had this happen to me one time. It was really scary to wake up, but not be able to move because of the weight. I started thinking that I was awake inside another dream. ( Have you ever had that happen? ) Finally I was able to move my arms, and the rest of my body followed suit. I was really scared & wondered if it was produced from something trying to hurt me, but the feeling was much different than what I still feel about the night I was visited. I was able to basically forget about it until one day I saw a documentary on sleep paralysis, and I knew in an instant, that's what happened to me. Deep in my heart I could feel it was nothing more than that.

I was just wondering. . . If no one talks about them, then how do you know other family members besides your uncle have had experiences? Is it one of those, " Ya I saw something like that. . . But I don't wanna talk about it. . .". Just wondering how you know. . .

It's too bad we're all programed not to talk about such things with eachother. We're all afraid that everybody's gonna think we're nuts! You & your family obviously have information about similar events. If you could all share this information some may conclude that nothing really happened to them, and it was probably just a residual from Aunt Edna's pot roast. . . Too bad isn't it? I have felt the same way about my situation, and haven't really shared it with anyone until now.

I often wonder if I will ever find out anything further about my experience. Obviously I'm torn between gaining knowledge & closure, and never seeing those entities ever again. I have spent many nights, ( and even daylight hours ), looking for them in shadows, etc..

The only thing I will NEVER do is to ask them to come back & tell me more. I just don't think it would be a good idea to invite them into my existance. . . Thanx for sharing HuntaXX.

ok, then nothing stands out in 1970 (except the incident).

and to be honest, i doubt that your holy communion has anything to do with it. unless you were too excited (fever due to stress) about it and hallucinated (just my opinion and i'm agnostic. i see mass religions as control bussiness, nothing supernatural about it).

what about 1971.-2006. or ????.-1970.?
did anything unusal happen on that day or around that day in the years after (it was a prophecy of some kind?) or in the past (maybe connected to your ancestors?) ?

I can't remember the exact day, and I don't know how I would ever be able to find that information out. My birthday is in the same timeframe, but I know it wasn't that date. Nothing else of any significance has ever come to mind.

Yes im aware of sleep paralysis though i doubt he would have seen a shadow on him and been drained like that. no ive never experianced it myself. people will admit they have seen these beings but wont go into detail becoming more nervous and scared the further i dig. i havnt recovered my memory but i did learn something even bigger about the world recently that i believe explains the whole thing. i wish i could share it with you but without seeing some things for yourself its impossible to believe. thank you all for your imput im putting this matter to rest for myself. goodluck solving your problem
