Thats why he moved to such a remote secure location.

He has his own water supply, own electricity supply, armed private military contractor guards AND the secert service detail he as an ex-president is entitled to. This guard has also been given almost carte blanche in Paraguay from the government there...

Oh and also a little rumour has it that a large substantial part of the home has access to deep under ground facilities being constructed.

With all the illegal immigrants here from South America, it won't be long before we're on his trail. This ought to be sweet. Cheney is off to Dubai, hopefully, the Arabs will give him his just desserts.
