Bank Credit Card Fraud Proved In Court!

Tired of being told Credit Cards are illegal and never seeing a court case to back up the claim. Well now there are two of them. (See Attachment above for case numbers and court web site information). Both of them were won in 2006 in the Arizona State Superior Court of Maricopa County.

However, the banks in both these cases defaulted and refused to remain in honor, thus by their silence accepted the terms of the Conditional Acceptance Remedy Contracts presented to them as well as creating a nice judgment based on the Cleopatra Haslip Et Al v. Pacific Mutual Life (See Attachment for case).

The Conditional Acceptance Remedy can be used not only against banks for Credit Cards but also mortgages, and foreclosures no matter how far back they occurred. The Remedy can also be used regarding a IRS issue as well and remember if they default there is a huge judgment that goes with it as well.
