A media exhibit that mocks drug company advertising is so convincing that some people actually believe the syndrome exists AND the drug exists, too! The non-existent drug called Havidol (for you whose first language is not English, this drug name sounds like 'have-it-all' in English) for Dysphoric Social Attention Consumption Deficit Anxiety Disorder (DSACDAD), which was invented by the artist, Justine Cooper.

The multi-media exhibit is currently at the Daneyal Mahmood Gallery in New York. It also features a website:
www.havidol.com

www.reuters.com...

Be sure to take the 'assessment' on the website.

P.S. According to the test, I'm supposed to 'see the doctor immediately'.

Doesn't surprise me, at all.
Should have kept the ruse going, then release a claim of a class action
suit pending, seeking people affected.
Then, bust the people seeking compensation for fraud.

Lex
