I don't know if this has been posted yet, but it looks like U.S. military members are not going to be forced to take that anthrax shots unless Bush signs a presidential order.

I think that it is great also-- now what about the GI's that were discharged for not complying? I feel they should be reinstated-same rank-back pay-etc. -- only if they want to.

it was probably some kind of experimental substance anyway...

Excellent news. Maybe the courts are realizing that soldiers are still human beings and that they have to remind the military of that from time to time.
