Testing in School

The goverment now has more control over what is to be taught to our childern, since they choose what a child must know under their terms it leaves little room for childern to explore and think on their own. Bush has weakend our schools more than they have been in a long time, with his No Child Left Behind Act. Teachers often must conform to teaching childern how to past a test, because the job of the teacher rest in the out come, along with the ability for a child to advance to the next level. How much pressure can we expect our childern to take. To me this is just another attempt by the goverment to tell us what we must believe and not to question what they are trying to force upon us.
