at a glance it looks like you've come across a copy of the security manual given to the cammo dudes. if its the one i think it is, its genuine and was leaked about 10 years ago.

Im sure this has been discussed on here before.

It's quite old and not related to just Area 51, but to most kind of stuff.

From hacks to tricks and anarchist cook book stuff.
To porn stories and the like.

The best way to describe it i'd say it's an Online version of the Anarchist cookbook, extended with new subjects.

Lots of ''dark'' stuff though.
