How does the Internet differ from the real world?

As anyone who has spent any time at all surfing the internet, you know that a virtual world exists in a mythical realm called cyberspace. The more time one spends on the internet, the lines between reality and virtual reality can become blurred, indistinct or even non-existent. As a helpful guide to those who might find themselves unable to distinguish the difference between "the real world" and the virtual reality of the internet, I have found a video that might just help;
