The Islamophobia Card

Every time someone speaks out on terrorism,you can bet it will be played.
Those same ones will always trying to shift the blame.Perhaps they think if it's said enough people wil believe it. The truth is plain to see. No one with a grasp of reality is buying it.

I don't get it. I read most of the article and I can't seem to tell;;

is Islamophobia the fear of Islamic faith or Islamic extremists? Because the author seems to use them interchangably.
