Is there a malediction of Queen-Mary II ?

yesterday I was talking with a friend (a jamaican) fanatic of boats, and he told me that the QMII recent accident (The fall of a working bridge killed about20 person last mounth) was a bad sign for the future carrer of the Queen-Mary II.

There are some amazing coincidence between thne QMII and the TITANIC :

1- The QMII is the bigger cruiser boat in the world, and it's a transatlantic.
2- The QMII will be armed by CUANRD, the company who armed the TITANIC.
3- And the recent accident is consider by many sailors like a "bad sign". Sailor are very surperticious, so many of them dont accept to work on the QMII...
