Top RVing targets

I am curious what would your top priority targets if you could remote view?
I am talking of past and present.

I was thinking a lot about this last few days and was thinking moraly what would be best to do that would actually be a positive. Not knowing if Osama is alive I thought of doing him as a target. However I also feel when dealing with such issues is it or should it be anyone's place to find them.

I am a firm believer it works for past and present with great detail. However I am curious on how you feel about ethics within remote viewing?

Remote Viewing, in my opinion, should be regarded similar to a hacker in some respect. Since not everyone can do it, there are going to be some who will use it for good and others who will use it for bad. It is all up to the individual.
