Hmm, so what can we say about the trailer. First it's in Liberty City, and boy does it look freakin sveet! And it seems the main character isn't the same one as in the other three numbered GTA's. Accent seems Russian.

I am desperate to know if any of the old charas pop up, like Tommy, CJ, or Claude.

If you don't know who Claude is then you are NOT a GTA fan!

Looks cools, the accents sucks though. As long as it rocks like all GTA 's do it should be cool

If so, why have they gone back to Liberty city? It looks sweet but they have done it 3 no sorry 4 times now, (Gta, Gta3 and Gta LCS) now GTA4...

I ain't too keen on the russian character but I guess we will see...

Is there any definitive info on how they have improved the game or any info at all???

No it's not set in New York City, it's set in Liberty City.

It's gonna be hard to customise that character, CJ in SA could pull off hundreds of different styles but this gut looks a bit dull if you see what I mean!

I guess we'll just have to find out...

[Edit] In the vid when he walks away, he looks identical to the guy from Driver(1,2 and 3) ...

Umm...no. At least they haven't yet. Vice City = Miami. San Andreas = L.A./Las Vegas/San Fran

We'll find out more next month in the May Issue of GameInformer.

Too bad for me that i have to wait for the pc vesion which hopefully be released in oct 07 or in summer 08.

I think it is set in New York,you can see times square in one shot.Any news of online play?

Could that be the direction their taking it now, real cities???
I like the idea of that, but how much would it be like all the others, like True Grime.

:sigh: Look on the Back of that Tanker ship, it says "Liberty City". Hell it says "Liberty City" multiple times in that trailer, it's not that hard to miss...
