Every once in a while I get large print when I re-load myATS favorites page, and less frequently when I open my member center.

Here's a screen capture so that you can see what I'm talking about.

This never happens in a thread, but has occurred while using things in the member center. If I refresh the page it usually reverts to the normal text like this.

Same page refreshed:

I use the Firefox browser if that make any difference.

Just wondering if anyone has any idea why this happens

Your browser is not loading fonts properly, and giving you the default font, "Times New Roman"

I've had that happen several times in the past.

btw anx, I thought that you had once had your fonts that way on purpose???

I used to get this big print when my dsl connection was bad [no filter between my printer and the phone line] Since I put on the filter my speed of page loading and speed ingeneral has increased dramaticlly. And no big print.

Good luck!

I have had that happen quite a few times recently on ats, threads too. I just keep refreshing until it sorts itself out. I think it's a connection problem maybe as whaaa says. Keep refreshing the page and it should not take too long to fix itself.

Well at least I'm not alone on this.

And yes Mechanic, my main system has the font set larger so I can see it a bit better. I've never change the font on my laptop though, and that's what I'm on now. I tend to sit closer to the screen and have always found it fairly easy to read.

As mentioned, a refresh or two usually fixes the problem.
I'm just curious if the problem is on my end, or something coming from ATS.
I've never seen this happen on any other site.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the clarification.

As other members are seeming to experience this too, maybe it is ATS side?

For me, it is either "everything is normal", or page loading timeouts. But none of those recently.

I've had the same thing, very infrequently though.

It tends to happen only when the page takes an extremely long time to load.

So I know when it happens but as for why... I dunno, only our superhero could say for sure.
