Zero.....

You see the name: "thisplacereeksoftheft"....
That is hilarious......

I'm actually wondering just "who" that entity is that began that site.....so close and yet so far....
Torch, gas, matches, perhaps a stick of dynamite or two.....make 'fire' go BOOM?

I say we all trash his forum with pro-ATS propaganda. Make him PO'ed, until he can't handle it anymore.

EVERYTHING IS THE SAME...
the smilies,
the registration process
the topics...

HE EVEN HAS A "Really Top Secret" forum!

I laughed when I saw his feeble attempts to copy the original ATS.

I think that would be the last thing we should do. In doing so it would just make ATS/Members look bad. Handling it in a professional manner would be the correct thing to do.

Well NC, you have no legal proof that its a carbon copy just because he has set it out the same as ATS.

It is just so obvious I don't know why you're denying it.
The forum are setted up with the same names, and in the same order.

That's a blatant copie, and it's disgusting to rip the work of peoples like that. I hope serious action is taken.

As for my self... I already started registering [email protected] and [email protected] to a lot of p0rn mail list & other mail lists to be sure the #ers receives lots of spam, if he doesn't already.

And I'm doing a bit of research about their server right now...

m0rbid, it seems everything i've been saying behind your back is true.

Legal action cannot be taken for several reasons, ATS in its self breaks a ton of copyright laws every day through member posts of various things, yes i know about the disclaimer but that won't hold up when sites decide to prosecute.

Talk to the person before you start threatening him, perhaps he wuvs you sooooo much that he decided to honour his little heroes.

Geez...if you have time to talk about me behind my back...well...you should get a life ! Lol... You have way too much time on your hand.

Since you seem to know so much about copyright infringement (spelling?) , how can we know you're not the administrator of that site? I wouldn't even be surprise, you always acted like an ass when you were david.

And for your info, he avoided to respond by the bias of his website so far.

I haven't been talking behind your back, if i had something to say i have no problem at all in saying it to you.

If i was to open a site like that i'd sure as hell not base it on ATS and i'm perfectly capable of adding my own content.

Just how long has the person had to respond?

Dont mind me folks, i'm just looking at it from the alternate point of view.

Then why don't you stop turning around and tell me what's your #ing problem with me. (if you have one - cuz it's what it seems)

I just looked at the coding for the webpage, its slightly different and that makes it not illegal, because its not a copy and paste job. Although its a #e job
lol

Well...maybe we won't have any legal ways against him.. That would suck.

I won't engage my self in any illegal online activities...
But is some people are feeling raw about this..hehehe

Your advocating hacking by posting that info.

Not at all, they make this info available to everyone by hooking their server to the net.

But I wish that their server get trashed, as such rats deserve only that.
And I actually wanted to post a lot more info, but I'm not sure if doing so would be okay. (like all vulnerabilities present on their server - or most of 'em)

Why? Would posting his shoe size advocate stealing his sneakers?

I take it you don't remember the hacker purges of ATS a few months ago when posting something like that would result in you being banned?

Not really, cuz what you consider drama I consider only little technical difficulty with rebel computer enthusiast.

I'm not worried, because I'm not a hacker and I don't plan on becoming on soon.

Probably because I've never been one.

You still haven't said why you have a problem with me.

Well, like usual.
The threads always just seem to go off topic, and end up in a rumble.

Yeah, like that time someone was speaking about occult prediction, and then you have to come in and say stuff like "I bet you never had any girl in high school?"

Is this something to be reported to DramaQueen or does it need to escalate a little more?
