New Climate Plan - Will It Work?

An international panel of scientists presented the United Nations with a sweeping, detailed plan on Tuesday to combat climate change -- a challenge, it said, "to which civilization must rise."

No time for talk we all need a little more action!

well I do think the nasa may have a plan under it all or more a study!

the nasa sent two prob to look at the sun! together and 5 to look at the aurora borealis! and the Kwiper belt!

which make me think they have more sense in a years time!
or may make more sense in a years time!

NASA does not make climate change plans. NASA is only in charge of launching objects into space and gathering data. It doesn't have much money.

It has no power to make laws or policies either here in the US or anywhere else.
