Question for Anyone That Can Help

I need to distribute a rather large program to some of my colleagues. The file is about 180 mb. It would be great if I could do this over the internet by allowing them to download the program directly to their computers. Does anybody know how I can accomplish this? I know that I would have to find a host for the program but I am not aware website that allows that much space.

EDIT: to add that if it's sensitive info you should put it unto a password protected zip file. Then give the url and zip password to those people you want to have the file.

That is a good idea, just remember that it's not totally secure. I downloaded a zip file password cracker that works pretty quick and hasn't failed to open any zip file I've tried it on yet.
Make the password long and use letters, numbers, and symbols. That will make it more difficult to crack.
