They are cool but i dont like the thought of it being electrically powered.

It looks cool to have a 'handheld minigun' but its too impossible, It would mean carrying loads of rounds, a car battery and the rotating barrels would tangle up in debris etc.

im sure its gona be awsome if they make it full automatic and computerised, the systme might be a good thing to shoot down incomming rocket or missiles

No, that's not Metalstorm, that's just a miniaturized gattling gun.

Metal storm makes that thing look like a bolt action rifle in comparison.
