Mods, please give me some BTS points.

Hello there, I started this thread because I wanted to ask the Mods if they would give me some BTS points.

I've been wanting a custom background image and can't seem to rack up enough points for one.

So if you Mods would be kind enough, please pass 20,000 BTS points this way.

You don't need points for an avatar. And you can use your ATS points for a background color or whatever.

If the board gave away points for free, it would kind if defeat the purpose of "earning" points, wouldn't it?

I earned mine. You can earn yours.

Custom mini-profile background color - 250
Custom mini-profile text color - 150
Custom mini-profile background image - 2500

You must mean Custom mini-profile background image. That's the image BEHIND your avatar. Most I've seen are pretty foul anyway.

There are a lot of ways to earn points here.

It seems the podcasts give you the most points. Too bad for me I don't do podcasts.

my answer to everything about points PODCASTS whoo hoo. make a podcast or pick out a podcast to reply with a podcast. Those things give you 2000 points a pop.

i may be wrong be i seem to remember that points were much easier to get at one time so some posters racked up huge scores early on .

Well you used to get points for tagging threads. That got you alot of points. I mean alot. I tagged for 30 minutes straight and got a crapload of points once.

Points earned from tagging where taken away, right?

I've been feeling somewhat insecure because of my tiny BTS total.
I have to be quite honest, it's not something I want the other members to see, and I just wish I had some way to make it bigger, or at least cover it up.

Believe me thehumbleone, when I say, I do share your shame.


Your, "Please Sir, can I have some more?", doesn't seem to be working yet, maybe you could try a bribe.
It may involve sending out a fine bottle of Scotch to SkepticOverlord, he would be able to grant your wish with a click of a mouse. But I think any Mod would be able to do it, so bait the hook and see if anyone bites.
