I have a 3 week vacation this september and have always wanted to see a UFO. Are there any hotspots or ranch type places where I could see a ton of UFO activity?

I found a website which stated the top hotspots in ths US:

Gulf Breeze, FL
Corydon, Indiana
Anza Valley, California
Elk River, Minnesota
Lincolnton, North Carolina
Pine Bush, New York
North Bergen, New Jersey

They also list the best times of year to spot one as well:

BEST MONTHS: March and September (and January)
WORST MONTH: June
BEST DAY: Wednesday
BEST TIME: around 9:00pm, consistently for over 50 years of tracking.

On Coast to Coast Art Bell had a guest on named James Gilliland who has a ranch at Trout lake but honestly the whole "renting a room at his place" idea kind of makes me creeped out lol. I have search for info here on ATS about him but no stories really come up. Anyone try this guys place?

My plan was to go to cuba or a hot place to really vacation but if I have to cut that down to 2 weeks and dedicate 1 week for this (or more) I would gladly do it.

I can't explain it fellow ATS'ers I have this burning desire to see one and honestly can't understand why.

Thx for any help you can give me.

Come to Victoria, Australia and visit The Grampians. They've had lights over there for the past few years now. Except they have not been seen as frequently since the bushfires went through there a few months ago.

I live about 3-hours away by car, but it's hard to travel with little ones!

What about Mt Shasta in California. Apart from the fact it looks like a great spot to visit, there is mention of it being a UFO hotspot.

I think there's also been reports of other strange goings on there as well.

Now that you mention it Mt. Shasta I've heard before on Coast to Coast. The bonus even would be I could spent my entire vacation there mixing the two together. Great idea madHatter thx.

IMO... hands down, the hottest spot in the US that receives so little coverage because of Dulce is Southern Colorado/Northern New Mexico in the area called the San Luis Valley... This guy named Christopher O'Brien wrote a few detailed books on this area in the 90's. You can pick any one of the mountain ranges that line the valley on either side to camp and sightsee. Very beautiful area and full of UFO activity... everyone of my family down there has had one experience or another. Happy hunting and please report your results wherever you go.

kronos11, speaks the truth.

I like to fish in So. Colo./San Luis Valley and gamble in the Indian Casinos.
I have seen things I can't explain and have experienced some high strangness of a rather frightening nature. And do check out O'Brian's book
"Enter the Valley."

I agree with Kronos on that. I live in NW New Mexico and we see all kinds of stuff out here. I would check this place out. you won't be disappointed.

when i was traveling through western colorado eastern utah i noticed right near the border that we had our first ufo encounter. I would suggest western to southwestern utah. The western part of utah also has the skinwalker ranch so if you believe in that, then this area is already a hotspot. I personally think utah is the place where the action is. Also check out the Moab site in utah, and they have a abandoned base that some on ATS think is the "new area51". I plan to take another vaction there soon and check it out again.

Sedona, Arizona. Sits right on top of a giant vortex/ley line system. All manner of weird stuff is seen out there.

If you want to see UFOs you should go on a vacation to Puerto Rico. I lived there when I was young, and saw many UFOs. It's why I am a member of ATS. The sightings were so impressive that they left me with questions that no one could answer.

In Puerto Rico, you have can have a beautiful vacation, sun, the beaches, nightlife, and UFO. You have it all. Not to mention the national rainforest el Yunque. This is where most UFOs sightings happen in the island. You can go on a hike, and explore the misteries that lie deep inside the forest. But beware; there is a top secret military base on the Yunque’s peak. This is why I think that there are so many UFO and Alien entities sighted in and around this forest. I believe that the US gov. has a base to monitor alien life around this area.

When you are in the island, be sure to scan the big blue sky, be sure to look for the Foo-fighter ufos, they appear as metal balls that stand still for minutes and even hours. I bet that you could take some really good pics of them if you decided to go to PR.

Some cases of UFO throughout the island in past years
