how many UFOs there are out there that AREN't getting videotaped. Think about it. The Ufos that are on film are just the ones that that we videotape by mistake or accident. But what about the ones that we dont see. There are MANY places on Earth where there aren't any humans. We assume that these things are here to study JUST US. We forget that earth is a planet with many lifeforms in all kinds of shapes and forms. So to say that there here to study just us, is to disreguard every other lifeform on this planet. For all we know there may be a fleet of UFOs out in the middle of the atlantic ocean, and we would never know about it.

This phenomenon may be bigger than reality makes it out to be.

Pure statistics tells us that if 100 of us went out there with HD/FLIR video cameras, system cameras and just spent the average time you spend on a job on trying to catch a UFO we'd definitely pick Something up. (PS. System cameras are ultra high quality cameras with 10 megapixel+ sensors)

Even me, who's seen two UFOs have only been out Once since then, looking for one. It's a unpayed, highly unglamorous job that actually would require $1500+ in equipment, but in the end I'd say the results would definitely be worth the time.

It has taken people a long time to realize that trying to get a good photo at night is not easy. The ships are very sneaky and fast to say the least.

Infrared and night vision are better for not only catching the ships in the air at night but also for landings and the beings themselves.

The different beings that are here are here in mass and yes they are in our waters.

Consider, as well, the areas of the world where we can't go. There is so much pressure in the ocean that our equipment cannot reach past a certain point. THere are trenches so deep that who knows what could be down there! Imagine what we would find if we were able to explore the rest of our planet. I know that NASA wants to explore outer space, but maybe some of the answers could be found here on Earth.

If there are many UFOs flying around, they must be concentrated in certain areas.

I spend most of the day outside and watch the stars on non-overcast evenings quite a bit. I have always been a star observer since I was young. My location is very rural and dark. On a moonless night there are 1000s of stars and even with the bright moon, I can see at least 100 or more. I check shiny objects against online catalogs. Lots a satellites and IIS, etc. I've seen what look like apache and blackhawk helos fly by every so often in daylight.

We drive on some dark roads at night through some sparcely populated area. Same for the daylight hours.

What I am pointing out is that out here I don't see unexplained objects even though I watch more than most folks do. I do not doubt there are some out there, hey I'm looking.

Well, one exception, but I can't say what I saw was a spacecraft, etc.

I think the O'Hare incident says a lot. There is something going on and has been for a long time..

I do live near (~10 miles) a radar site. Might that have something to do about it.

I believe that encounters happen but it isn't as if we all go out and look at the same time we will observe a calculated number. Maybe some day a pattern of sightings will lead us to a more detailed understanding.

I may be wrong ( I am, more often than I admit ), but this looks like a point fishing post. ( Of which I'm contributing )

To the OP.
We can't watch the skies all the time. NORAD does, but we can't consult
them.
If there were so many unidentified craft over our heads, there would be
two scenarios :
One : NORAD and the USAF are in the know, and aren't talking. ( Imagine
all those pilots, mechanics and coffee makers knowing, and NONE are
talking ).

Two : People would see them. In droves. All the time. Ain't happening.

Wait, I missed possibility #3.
There aren't that many. Maybe ( ducking whatever is thrown at me ) There
are none at all. All are explainable as military craft.

I want there to be UFO's from "out there". Trust me, I do.
But, ( isn't there always a "but" ?) I've yet to see any irrefutable proof
( again ducks ) of them.

Well said. Or rather, bigger than we make reality out to be.
