strange post on ultravnc help forum

while browsing the help forum for ultravnc, i came across this really strange post and wondered if any member could shed any light on it. it may have been a hoax played on the secretary but i doubt someone would be seeking assistance in the help forum for an answer to that. i.t. dpt jokes don't normally stretch that far

read the quoted text the member posted and see if it rings any bells as it could be a little more than gibberish from some of the text in there
