Cheney vows no retreat in Iraq

Source Link: newsinfo.inquirer.net

ANDERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- US Vice President Dick Cheney on Thursday reiterated that the American people would not back a policy of retreat in Iraq, a day after Britain announced a large-scale troop pullout.

"We are not dealing with adversaries that will surrender or someday come to their senses," he said in a hanger at Anderson Air Force Base in the US Pacific territory of Guam, where he made a brief stop en route from Japan to Australia.

Of course we won't "retreat"

It will be called a "stratigic deployment" if it takes place during the current administration.

It will be called "cutting and running" if it takes place during a democratic administration.

spin, semantics, BS and lies

It's a brave new world, welcome to the Monkey house!!

Occurs Cheney will not bail out of Iraq even if it cost him his life on another hart attack.

He was the main masterminded of the money pit for profits that Iraq has become and his job is not even near completion he needs to get its hands on that Iraqi oil even if he has to clear Iraq of the Iraqi people.

What a rat.

I would not believe anything Cheney says. He said that the British troops pulling out is a sign of progress in Iraq at the same time we have to send more troops in.

Why is it that when the Democrats talk of pulling out, they are supporting the terrorists, but when the British pull out it is progress?

If it wasn't so sad, it would be funny.
