What do you mean by ATS subscription??
This is the first I've heard of it.
Do you mean subscribed threads??
In that case, go to MyATS, and next to the thread title in "My Subscribed Threads" there is a delete button.
That is for deleting that particular subscribed thread.
You can also click on "Manage" above the "Subscribed Threads" area, to see all of your subscribed threads, and delete several at on time.
Is this what you mean?

If you're referring to threads you have "subscribed" to, you can use the following link to "unsubscribe" from all of them.

If you're asking how to delete your account on ATS, you can't.
However, you can use this little feature.
