Yeah, i'm pretty new to the site, i'm somewhat famaliar, but not totally. I just need to know which forum is for rambling with a higher purpose.

Depends on the topic like has been said. I think that BTS would be the best place for that. If it's conspiracy related I'd put it in the General
Conspiracy forum on ATS. BTS would be the way to go otherwise.

BelowTopSecret "chit chat" forum sounds like a reasonably good idea... or you could get a member blog and blather to your heart's content. If
it's speculation about a conspiracy or some such, then you could take it to Skunk Works.
