I heard somewhere that the government has captured Russian Migs at the Secret Nevada Test Site more commenly known as "area 51" is this true?

They don't even need to capture them. If you are referring to older ones, they bought plenty of them.

With regard to more recent ones. I know that we have them, and we got them through pilot defections, and sales from countries like egypt.
