Burt Gummer Survivalist

What would one need to be like Burt Gummer from the Tremors Movies. Any ideas on how to build a home like Burt's. I really liked the idea from Tremors: The Series were burt starts his own survival school and eats cactus.

loved the movies and even the series. Burt was my favorite charactor, but he is a good example of what we as survivalist have to distance our selfs from. Burt is your average rambo shoot first ask latter type. He is so paranoid that he has lost the ability to be objective.
