Ok I saw in the Columbus Dispatch(Ohio news paper) an article on a plane/shuttle?? I would of read it but it was used as puppy potty training paper and didnt feel like trying to read through urine. I think the thing was called an X-23 maybe, said it could go mach 6 or 7? Sorry for the poor details, but if anyone has a clue about what I am talking about, could you point me in that direction. It sounded neat and wanted to read more about it. Oh it also said something about it being developed in Wright Pat AFB and by GE.

There's a jet called the Hyper-X which is designated as X-43. It's supposed to be able to travel between machs 7-10. I don't think it's what you're talking about because it's being developed by NASA at a different base, but here's a link:
