This seems more likely to be the type of alien invasion tactic that would be far more efficient than outright invasion dont you think?
There are other odd diseases as well that have been popping up in our environment....Morgellons disease for example...
We may be fighting enemies WITHIN us instead of needing space born death rays and nuclear weapons!
If this type of material is in chemtrails perhaps it is instrumental in amplifying the effects of disinformation strategies....
First get the populace dissociated then feed them fear and terror till they are maleable to your control.....
Why such high resistance to conspiacies seems almost psychopathic in nature....
