Westpoint23 doesn't need to "sight his source", you obviously havent read papers, watched TV or checked the web recently. Its been widely reported in the international media. Its called sending a message to NK. Particularly well reported as they were delayed by a Nav software glitch which is something the press LOVE to blow out of proportion. As for sources check out the USAF , "Aviation Leak" or Flight international websites Im sure you should find something on at least one of them (Come to think of it I know its on "Flights" website).
