I have no idea what that picture is supposed to be whatukno, but I see an apparition of Mary holding a baby…is that what you see? I see a halo and everything.
In fact, the baby looks like a cherub

aparently thats what it's supposed to be, I don't know I am guessing it's a fake but it creeps me out
