Very cool tech. I read about this technology a while ago and now its making its mainstream media debut.

Pretty cool. Let Europe have there obsolete monstrousity of an accelerator. I can't wait until I can probe the mysteries of the universe right from my own home.

So, when can I buy my particle accelerator rifle.

The article states that this technology will take 20-25yrs to mature, so maybe you'll get one as a retirement present(depending of course on how old you are). I for one will probably be able to get my hands on one around the time I hit the big 50. Ah, just in time for my mid-life crisis, have I mentioned that my favorite movie of all time is Falling Down.
