Most people that visit ATS already know what the grays/nordics/etc. supposedly look like.

But I (and I'm sure I'm not the only only one) have often pondered these questions:

What does their homeplanet(s) look like?
Do they live on a planet in the first place or do they live on/in a moon/space station?

How far away is their nearest "instalment" in this galaxy?

Are they from a galaxy separate from the Milky Way Galaxy?

Do they have spring, summer, fall, and/or winter where they come from?

Do they live in towns or cities or both?

How much more advanced is their technology than ours?

How long has their civilization been around?

Post you thoughts about the above and more HERE.

I have often wondered the answers to these questions. anyone else have any insight?

Ok this is what I heard.
Grays usually live on space stations(motherships). But there are so many of them, different kinds of Gray aliens, that some of them may live on a planet. What it looks like? I think its very dark on their planet, that's why they have big eyes, lack of sun affects vegetation so they don't have big trees. Animal life would also be different.

Nordic aliens. I couldn't find a lot of information on them. So I don't know about them, but I am sure they have a planet or few.

Pleadians, live in Pleadis, on one or more planets. If you believe Billy Meier their planet is almost like ours, and they have rich vegetation. I think the same could be said about Nordics also.

Reptilians, who cares.

About their houses. I think all the houses are dome shaped.

My 2 cents

Imagine a place so inhospitipal only those forced to do so would consider living there...or those bred to not know better. Imagine endless stretches of transit systems fit only for machines, cutting swaths through the firmament...no vegetation whatsoever but the occasional sucker scrub clawing for it's very existence between the gravely mounds. Imagine monsterous structures defiling the very concept of humanity spewing a false habitat into the dark skies of a red land. Imagine, if you dare, New Jersey.

GEX-

I agree with you...well, mostly.

But I am not sure about their houses. You said that all aliens probably have dome-shaped homes. But to other civilizations we would be considered the aliens, and our houses aren't dome-shaped. I'm pretty sure that not 1 alien home is the same as another's. I have this theory because: The only reason I think their home would be dome-shaped is if they are herbavores. Otherwise, I see no reason for this, because if they are herbavores, they are gonna wanna have their food pretty close to them, as in in their home, because they would want to eat only the plants that they like, so they would grow a garden in their home, therefore needing a glass roof. But, a regular glass roof would not work. It wouldn't be supportive enough. They would need a dome so that the glass wouldn't break the first time freezing rain falls.

Other than that, there would be no other need for a dome, so the houses would probably be "customized" to best suit the being that lives in them.

Alien Homes For the Grays:

Well, actually, the Grays might not live in houses.
Since the Grays supposedly "reproduce" by cloning,
I think that instead of a home or something, maybe they just plug into a life support system and "shut down" in place of sleep. I think I read somewhere that they worship some kind of supreme being or whatever, so in this case, they wouldn't need a house, as their freedoms would be limited.

A note on the reproduction of the grays:

In my science class at school, we just got done learning about viruses and bacteria. Well, there is, believe it or not, a virus that infects bacteria, called "bacteriophage".
It is very small, and has no reproduction system of its own. So what it does, is it attatches itself to bacteria (the host) and injects hereditary material into the host (hereditary material is kinda like DNA and/or RNA). The hereditary material takes over the host's life functions and forces the host to produce bacteriophage parts.
Then those parts assemble themselves inside the host cell and burst out as new bacteriophages.

Is it possible that this is the way the Grays reproduce? As an alternative to cloning?

You know, from all the reports that I read, not one mentioned alien houses. Ships, laboratories, rooms yes, but houses .... I guess no.
Look at our culture, humans have different houses, every country has their own design, and it reflects the environment that we live in.
Cold climates require you to build houses with thicker walls, and double windows. You can build house out of straw in warm climate.
All these designs and on only one planet. Now imagine Thousands of races, with their own designs!

So if you think of any design it probably exists on some other planet.

there is absolutely no way we could anticipate what an alien habitation would look like... although they may not neccesarily be as varied as ours on earth.... if the aliens worked with 'hive mentality'(bees) they would likely live in large 'apartments' all together and all the apartments would look quite similar... however if they are more individualistic like humans then they would have quite alot of variety in the architecture... and you'd have to take into account the possibility of other alien races residing on a foriegn planet which then would throw more spice into the soup... but the possibilities would be endless and when we do know the answer we will likely be suprised

My home planet is Zos-Vos, which probably means nothing to you, except that it is in the Sirius system.
On my planet, we all have the same culture, not separate countries like you have. We homeschool our kids until they are "pre-teen". (Speaking in your terms) Then we send them to school.
We have polyandry....one woman has several husbands. I was a social worker. I came to Earth to learn about humans. I walked into this body WITH PERMISSION. My husbands also took human bodies. I have been in touch with all 3 husbands in this life.
I don't have ALL my memories. They come to me in flashbacks. I used to be a Grey.
I can only speak about MY people on my planet. I don't know anything about other groups of aliens.

I think its cold, literally and metaphorically. Nothing of self expression, or personal satisfaction. Our "technology" is childs play. Really, playstations and porno websites and TVs to assist us in wasting endless hours of our short time on this puny planet. We are sooooooo primative in their eyes. We're part of their catch and release program. For them to share their elevated conscienceness and advanced technology would be like trying to teach your cat to surf the web, its too busy liking its @$$.

I can only answer a few questions:
1. to which you are refering to? Sirius, Orion, Virgo, Ursa mayor, Ursa Minor...? Ps. no I don't know how their planet looks like, but there are more planets and other alienraces...
2. Will mankind live on earth when they will be technologicall very advanced? Yes they will, but also in space.
3. The Sirius system.
4. Still in the Milkey way system.
5. Every planet has those seasons, because no planet revolves exactly in a circel. Doesn't mean the differences in temperature between Spring and winter could be very less.
6. Where will mankind live when technologically very advanced?
7. You don't want to know.

Well, thank you all for submitting your thoughts and replies. I realize that this is a very old thread, the last post having been taken in 2003. But we could still get some more thoughts.

Like, for instance, I've been watching this show on Sci-Fi called Stargate SG-1 about a group of people who fight aliens called the Goa'uld that claim to be gods but are in fdact an advanced race of parasitic aliens whose ultimate goal is to conquer the universe. I could describe the show in greater detail, but for those of us who have already seen it before:
Do you think that the grays (grays, greys, I forget the correct spelling) could in fact be very simalar to the Asgard in SG-1? And what other ties do you think that aliens described in the series could have with aliens we don't know about in the real world? Like, do you think that there could actually be an alien race out there like the Goa'uld?

Please submit your thoughts as I am VERY interested in this topic.

Does any of you know what the hell you are talking about, plus why do you thing allians are gray?!
I think allians at some point had came to earth, but all the crap about grays, conspiracies...
You wonder how they live? Here is an educated geas:
1 No religion.
2 No houses.
3 Planet?: you need alot of vegitation for civilization (at first).
4 Probably communists.
5 To be advanced you need population, and production volume( their home planet is probably a huge city).

This thread is so unreal, I feel like I'm dreaming, or at least high on something - did I really see someone say they are from the planet Zos-Vos, or am I just sleep deprived.

Well, thanks, but, I've already seen all of the current star wars movies and all the original ones too! How about that! And they didn't answer any questions.

Please, people, I want serious answers.
