So, after reading that article I got a sick feeling in my gut. How about anybody else?

I've worked on a lot of computer systems, lots and lots of automation and I have bad feelings on how this will effect all of them.

Why would congress do such a thing if they in their "infinite wisdom" (cough cough) have really thought this out.

Other countries aren't completely on board, although it would seem that Canada is doing the same. Why? Energy savings? What would really be the difference in savings after all these years of not doing this?

Something is very wrong.
