Alexander = Phillips?

After reading an article online recently and then doing some searching, I'm wondering what real evidence there is that John B. Alexander (the DIA guy from the 1980's and NIDs) is or was the Harold Phillips that was supposedly in charge of the UFO Working Group.

A lot of people seem convinced he was the "Phillips" character, and different writers state flatly that it was in fact Alexander. But no one gives specifics or states how they know it for a fact.

Does anyone out there know of any real evidence that Alexander was Phillips?

Has Alexander ever admitted to it?

Hey, it's possible. Afterall, the two names are closely tied in history with Philip and his son Alexander the great. Maybe it's just me, but I associate the word Phillip most closely with Alexander.
