The mechanics are interesting, aspects of it are perfectly plausable, but I think if you do some research you'll quickly find the "Blue Beam" itself was little more than an imaginative hoax.

That doesn't mean it's fake per se, I think it was Jim Kieth who wrote an excellent dossier examining how such a scheme would be possible, at least on a small (aka non-global) scale -- or maybe I'm mixing that up with his great book on Alternative 3.

Either way, we should keep examining the actual mechanics at work here and beat the NWO to the bunch -- we should do it first.
