Thought it was a Wolf...

Has anybody seen any follow-up to this?:

Yeah... probably a wolf, fox, coyote, dog...

They shot the poor thing!? How sad! Well, if I had to have guessed, I would say it was a wolf, but it could als o be Lumpus Gigantorus, this wolf-like creatures rumored to be sighted in parts of Europe. They have even sighed it in parts of Canada and America, I think. Otherwise, just a wolf.

There are a lot of wolf-dog hybrids out there. People keep them as pets because they are slightly more docile than their full-blooded bretheren. Sounds to me like someone's pet ran away. Or, maybe it was a bit of a handful at home, and the thing was abandoned.

On the other hand, wolves will breed with coyotes and ferrel dogs. Maybe that's what this was. This scenereo, however, is less likely, given the condition of the animal's teeth. If you come across a pic, please post it.

Have you thought of that?

I mean, if I saw a wierd looking thing like ONE STRANGE LOOKIN' WOLF,
I probably would of assumed it was a different breed of wolf.
