HI All

Can anybody else share any info towards the $100.000,000 contract awarded to this mans company to fund the spreading of Disinfo in the Iraqi news press.

Does anybody else think hundred million dollars is a bit excessive.This is apparently part of a $300,000,000 contract involving several other countries.

Could this be a Cointelpro operation.

Its interesting that the US paid a net worker such a large sum to pay Iraqi journalists.

Role covers areas of interest to NSA.It still seems the US govt funds private companies to collect information away from the scrutiny of congress much the same way Cointelpro was first employed.Since the Church committee, govt agencies have been restricted in there methods particularly in there monitoring of domestic surveillance.We may well at sometime in the future see that the use of the internet has resulted in monitoring of groups of people.There is a vast amount of information covering foreign Intel mission but very very little covering domestic surveillance.

Is it possible David Bailey and the Lincoln Group are monitoring domestic groups within the US on behalf of the govt?
