What kind of sea creature is this?

Sorry if this has been posted before. Searched around and didn't see anything.

It appears to me like some type of ray. The “eyes” are nostrils, and the mouth exactly what it appears to be. I am going guess that the ray is turned over on its back, and those orifices would normally be on the bottom of the creature.
