As noted in the article your skin is a vertible zoo for bacteria. Scientist have isolated and identified 182 different types of bacteria on your skin. Some are permanant residents, some just passing through. However, do run out for some betadine just yet. With microbe cell actually outnumbering the bodies own by 10 to 1, many perform essential functions that enable the body to survive. The bacteria have evolved with us.

Where did you get this 'fact'?
If they 'evolved with us' then why arent they human?

Because that's not how evolution works. Read a book.

It really is an amazing story.
How we truly are part of our environment, and it, part of us.

Look at Mitochondria, essentially a bacteria within our own cells.
Literally a part of us, within us.

Then I had this other thought:

"No Officer, I am not a prostitute, I was just charging admission to the human zoo"
